You need to start the divisi one eighth note earlier. Dorico can’t handle this situation automatically. (If I recall correctly this is not considered a bug, you’re just hitting the limits of the current divisi implementation.)
Wouldn’t it be best practice to avoid invoking a mid-measure divisi entirely?
