Beat repeats (slashes)

Is there any simple way to create beat repeat slashes?
I know I can input stemless slashes in additional voices to simulate something like this but this is very cumbersome.

Why not just create a slash region? If needed, you could move it so it begins after the note.

Ah, right, I’m dumb. Somehow I was under the impression that slash regions would only be possible for whole bars.

Maybe you are getting confused between slash regions and bar repeats, which ARE only possible for whole bars.
