Behringer BFC 2000 Cubase5 Vista32 4gb ram
I am thinking of using the above controller for mixing, muting and soloing mixes, has anyone experience of it? Are there configs available for importing to set up the unit as described. Is their a better unit for a similar price?

BCR2000 is up and running! 
Install latest drivers, installed it as a Generic remote in the end. works like a dream, I am looking at expanding the controls. The one and only drawback to cubase so far was the loss of feel that a mouse click and drag has, more accurately the inability to listen to the change without having to also concentrate on the screen whilst listening, now I can make multiple changes with my ears alone, ok so fingers and ears, oh you know what I mean! Thanks cubase you are an awesome programe!
