Behringer C1-U Mic and Inputs

Hello folks,
got a bit of trouble getting my Behringer C1-U Microphone (USB) to work. I use Cubase 6, an Intel MacPro and have a Presonus USB Audio Interface hooked up as well. When I plug in the USB mic, the light comes on but when I want to record, there is no signal. I tried different settings, but in Cubase you can only select one input-output device.

Who has similar issues and has been able to find a solution or workaround?
