I’m trying to record, I have the mixer set up, but I can’t connect it to Cubase as an ASIO Driver. When I go to Studio Setup, then VST Audio System, then try to change the ASIO Driver to X-AIR, then it tells me: “No device is connected to PC.” I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but I can’t find it. I have updated everything, cables are plugged in correctly and the USB cable is not broken. I also think, that it should be XR18 ASIO Driver, as I’ve done this before, but I don’t remember much. Can someone help?
Is it showing up in windows device manager?
If Windows can’t see it then obviously Cubase can’t either.
Yes, Windows does see it, but it says that the device cannot start, Code 10. Also, my OS is Windows 8.1
Well the only download for the ASIO driver on the Behringer site says it’s for Windows 10 and 11.
Have you had this working on the same computer before??
EDIT - Actually there is a W7/8 driver but only on the product page not on the main download page…do you have driver 5.12.0 installed??
