Would there be any way to produce bent lines in Dorico?
A Guitar Bend might be the closest option, No arrow head though.

I am probably missing something here, but why not use two lines, carefully positioned?

If you need that construct frequently, it might be worth looking into setting up some custom playing techniques. By grouping them, it should be possible to have a consistent result made up from their transitioning lines.
