Better Expression Maps

I’m sure this has been brought up many times, but it would be great if Expression Maps when set to Directions were editable like CC.

When you split an event with a Direction in it, it only remains in the event where the Direction was initiated, so it becomes deleted out of the other event. Why can’t it be like the “Split MIDI Controllers” Preference to add a new node to allow the Direction to continue.

Also, can we fix the constant need to return to the original Slot so you don’t need to start every Expression Map list with a Blank slot?

+1 Expression Maps very much need an update – for scoring it’s noticeably more tedious than some other DAWs.
