I guess we need a Protools subscription to get PRO support, lol. Support at every company is crappy IMO, not one does the job correctly

i was just in chat with Steinberg Yamaha Support, and after like 6 messages the support employee just ended the chat without answering my question!

Maybe you would be better off using the phone number to avoid the various connections problems web chat is subject to.

I’m very certain my connection was 100% good. Probably was an issue on their end.
