Big up grade Nuendo ? is this jump possible?

Hi its been a while since ive been on this site. my question is, can I up grade from nuendo 4 to nuendo 13? I’m building a new computer and want the up grade, or do I have to buy a new licence I cant find that information on Steinberg. Cheers Kerry

I have just one other question if you can help. I’m trying to purge over to this new licensing before May, I’ve noticed I’ve done something wrong when registering originally Nuendo 4 when I go to my Profile there is no redeem coupon access there. when i go to my products software/E-licenses I press Soft-licensor I get a bunch of serial numbers and its says No products found on this licensor. I assume I need the products showing so I can purge over to The new Licensor and to down Load Nuendo 13 is there anyway to fix this so the registered products are shown . my computer licenser control center works fine my licenses /USB - elicenser has code numbers and the soft -elicenser has numbers but nothing else I try to register all e -licensers at my steinberg hit continue it says this elicenser number has already been registered by another user? thanks for any help cheers Kerry

I would contact your local Steinberg dealer and ask them to sort it out.
Provide them with purchase info for Nuendo 4 and purchase proof of update to 13.
Keep in mind that V14 is coming soon, I would wait with activating update to 13 until I’m sure that I fall into free grace update period to 14.

thanks for that, I didn’t realise that Nuendo 14 is coming out soon bummer! I just purchased Nuendo 13 full Lic. if i download it but dont activate till after N 14 comes out will it be 13 or 14?

As long as you don’t activate the license you’re fine.
Date of activation is what counts, not the date of purchase.

If you enter the download access code in the SDA, it will be activated.

I think (I hope?) at this point you should be within the grace period for Nuendo 14. However, nobody but Steinberg knows for sure.
