Blue Snowball Mic

hey you guys

I’ve recently bought cubase elements for my brother and it doesn’t recognize the a USB microphone called Blue snowball.
I’ve tried to check in audio connection inputs, and I’ve tried to switch audio drivers in studio setup(my brother doesn’t have an extenal audio interface)
can somebody help me ?
