i want to use my iphone as a midi controller. i’ve installed the apollo app on the phone and on my macbook. i can see in cubase 10 that it receives the notes on the selected track and it plays the vst instrument fine. but i can’t record anything. if i hit record, i can ear what i play but nothing is recorded.
i’ve tested in logic and bitwig, it all works fine there. i’ve checked in preference that there is no midi filter. midi on the track is set to all inputs.
this app use the iac driver, don’t know if that makes any difference.
