This is my first time buying the software and I obviously didn’t get the correct software ($269.00). I wanted to activate the code and got this message. “You entered a Download Access Code for a product upgrade but you do not own a license to which this upgrade can be applied. Please contact your local support team”.
Also tried calling you guys and was kept on hold for over 45mins so I left my information and a call back. I have not received anything from you guys. How do I get the missing license to get this going?
Just follow the link for billing and refunds which Steve provided above. Steinberg handles these things quick and easy, just make sure to contact them within 14 days after the purchase. You can buy the correct product right away without any problems, it won’t interfere with your refund.
