Bought upgrade from cubase 9.5 pro to 12 pro, got wrong elicenser key

Heya!
I Bought upgrade from cubase 9.5 pro to 12 pro, access code gave me eLicenser key for Cubase 11 (unupgradeable). Can anybody here help me out or point me to the right direction?
