Hi - as an owner of Cubase Pro 13, I received special vouchers for Absolute 6, Wavelab Pro 12, Dorico Pro 5.
I tried to buy Dorico Pro 5, but somehow I accidentally re-bought Absolute 6 instead. (I had already owned Absolute 6 for many months.)
I contacted Steinberg Support (Yamaha) six days ago but they’ve not gotten back yet.
I need to cancel the re-purchase of Absolute 6 (still keeping my original license), and purchase Dorico Pro 5.
I want to make sure I don’t miss out on my Dorico Pro 5 deal and I’m concerned support may have lost my message.
Any help appreciated!
