In previous versions of Cubase I could cut up an event, then set the locators to the required length, double click to create a filler part. Then I’d Bounce Selection and it would create a new file set to the new length outlined by the locators.
Now it doesn’t do that. Bounce Selection ignores the locators, so now I can’t change the length of the event.
Someone raised this issue a few years ago, but apparently it was fixed in an update. Which appears to have been unfixed again.
