Please bring back “Locators to Cycle” option as a key stroke assignment

I guess this is a jargon thing, but the cycle is by definition the region between the locators,

Could you clarify?

Also, if you have the cycle set, the command Insert Cycle Marker creates a cycle marker between the locators.
