I opened just a project in Dorico 2, made with Dorico 1: The cluster noteheads are moved to the right, if the stem goes up.
Dorico 1:
Dorico 2.1.10
The notehead has not changed, the stem is moved to the left. Dorico 2.1 has a Notehead Set editor available in Engrave Mode. Here you can set the stem attachment point which is represented by a small ‘x’. There is one for upstem and one for downstem.
