Bug fixed in 6? Collision of tremolo lines to whole notes with accidentals

Hello. I am using Dorico 5.1.81 and wanted to know if this bug was fixed in Dorico 6.

I have a tremolo between two whole notes, where the second note has an accidental. The lines collide with the accidental. I have my engraving options set to Position of tremolos relative to semibreves: Centered between noteheads.

I believe this bug was reported earlier in 2021, and it is still not fixed. (Not sure why I can’t add a link in this post, but its title is “Two issues with Dorico” in October 2021.

You can inset the tremolo lines under Library->Engraving Options->Tremolos->Advanced Options. And welcome to the forum @Jon_L

Thanks, @jesele !

The workaround does avoid the collision, but because it also adds extra space to the left note it makes the typography look less balanced, IMO.

I’d like this post to be considered another user’s request for a fix!

Agreed. There was a thread recently about this. I’m sure the devs are aware.
