Reproduction:
o Load a VST instrument to an instrument track.
o Create some MIDI for it.
o Save.
o Freeze the VST (Select “Unload when frozen”)
o Exit Cubase.
o You are not prompted to save.
o Reload the project.
o The VST instrument will be present, unfrozen and loaded.
Freezing an instrument should be regarded as a modification of the project.
