To reproduce:
- dock the inspector pane on the left;
- dock the master section pane on the right;
- press the key shortcuts to hide both panes;
- press the key shortcut to show the inspector pane;
- press the key shortcut to show the master section pane.
The outcome: the master section pane re-opens on the left side of the window.
Tech specs: WaveLab 11 (though the issue is present in WaveLab 10, too), Windows 10 Pro v20H2.

I can’t reproduce this. Please save and send me your workspace layout.

Make sure to follow the chronology of the actions. If I first do no. 5 and then no. 4, it works fine. I’ll upload the workspace in a short while.

It’s a bit more intricate then I thought initially. I’ll provide the steps in a few minutes (been experimenting).

Here’s an update on the sequence of actions which allows me to reproduce the bug 100%.
- Start WaveLab;
- Create empty…;
- Open an audio montage;
- Restore the test workspace (see the upload);
- Press the key shortcut to close the inspector pane on the left;
- Press the same key shortcut to re-open it;
- Press the key shortcut to close the master section pane on the right;
- Press the same key shortcut to re-open it.
The master section pane should jump to the left side of the window when re-opened.
Can you confirm it?
