In C6 x64 (and C5 x64) plugins/instruments that send out midi information doesn’t work. Here is a link to a C5 post with repro steps:

It never worked with the VST bridge here but J Bridge seems ok for most, however plugin midi out to cubase midi in for native 64 bit plugs work fine here.
