Bug report: Tools box grey when using keycommand

You can assign a key command in the Tool section of key commands to Pop-up toolbox. It does work, you get the toolbox at the mouse cursor position, but it is visually empty. It does work though and it shows the correct hints. So only the tools pictures are missing.
I know you can use other ways so I am only asking for confirmation!
