I don’t know if this is known bug, but I would like to point that in some circumstances, as in the attached project, clefs does not update properly after system breaks in a divisi change context. I hope this helps to solve the problem:

Yes, this is known about, and is one of the remaining complications with divisi, which we plan to address in a future version. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
