BUGS? Have any of them been sorted?

can you route the right side of a stereo audio track to a mono group when running under yosemite?

Can you process a pitch change (without timestretch algorithm) on a region of audio without it reducing the gain for absolutely no reason by about 90 db?

Can you use ALT to set the output of multiple channels at once?

and If not … do you care?

I’ve used cubase all my life but I use it for a living… i’m at the go pro-tools point…

do any steingberg people even read this forum?

maybe that’s 'cause none of them was fixed.
I have several annoying issues which is unfixed

I use SHIFT-ALT for this?

If you mean like highlighting multiple channels, then for example change those outputs from Stereo Out to group out, sft+alt then make the change…it works here.

  1. Don’t know about this, as I’ve never needed to do it myself.

  2. I’ve never gotten any change in gain when I apply pitch change of any kind, just so you know!

  3. Shift+Alt on all selected channels has worked here for me since I started using Cubase, to route multiple channels at once.

the shift alt thing doesnt work for me anymore on cubase 8. 5 :frowning:

used to work

Try the following:

  • select the channels you want to change
  • hold Shift
  • change the output on one of the channels
Result: the output changes on all selected channels

Or use Q link

  • select the channels you want to change
  • activate the Q-link button
  • change the output on one of the channels
Result: the output changes on all selected channels

These work in both 8.5 and 9.

Ti works with Audio tracks, but it doesn’t work with MIDI Tracks.

It does function okay with MIDI Tracks also here.
