Button "Open Direct Offline Processing Window" crashes Cubase 9.5.30

  1. Open project.
  2. Select audio event.
  3. Press button “Open Direct Offline Processing Window” several times.

Sometimes Direct Offline Processing Window opens, sometimes not. In the case where it did not open Cubase crashes when you try to click on any event.

Cubase 9.5.30, Win7 Ultimate, updated.

Hi,

Could you try in Safe Start Mode (trash Cubase preferences), please?

If it doesn’t help, could you share the crash dump file, loaded in Documents/Steinberg/crashDumps, please?

Cubase preferences trashed, the issue is reproduced again easily. 9.5.21 is working ok, btw. Dump files attached.

Wait a moment… Do you press the button several times? Then it’s an known issue. To avoid the crash, press the button only once.

I pressed sometimes once, sometimes twice. The button behaves inadequately and does not react to requests.
