Is it possible to purchase and use a full license of Cubase Pro 11 that was a crossgrade by the seller, and use it without myself having a license for a DAW that is crossgrade-eligible?
There is no such distinction, a license named, e.g., “Cubase Pro” is just that, no matter how it was obtained.
