bypass chain on output doesn't work properly

bypass chain on output doesn’t work properly, it can be turned off for all the chain, but if you re activate/turn on the chain, non of the plugins on the inserts are turned on, and you should click one by one to turn on

I understand it this way:

  1. Add some plug-ins to the Stereo Out Channel.
  2. Bypass all Inserts of the Stereo Out (use the blue/yellow dot on top of the INSERTS slots name in the MixConsole).
  3. Re-enable the Inserts of the Stereo Out (use the same controller).
    => The Inserts are bypassed instead of enabled.

Do I understand right your description? I can’t reproduce it this way on my side. This works as expected here to me.
