C10 doesn't start when VePro is open

Hi
Cubase 10 doesn’t start when vienna ensemble pro is open. It gives me an ‘’ unable to read license’’ message.
Anyone faced this issue before?
Any suggestion?

As far as I remember, it has been discussed here on the forum already.

Do you have the latest eLCC installed? Was it alway like this? Or did it start recently?

It started when i installed v 10.
V9.5 was ok.
Yes latest elicenser is installed
