C10 install deleted all my C9 Presets (Key Commands, Preferences, etc)

Hey Guys!

I’ve just install C10 and all my C9 Presets (Key Commands, Preferences, etc) were deleted.
Luckilly, I have a backup.

After restore my files in C9, I was working in some key commands adaption to C10 and, suddenly, all my C10 presets are gone.

Any idea?

You can try 2 things:
1st: Create a profile in version 9.5 and export it. Then import in version 10.
2nd: Trash the preferences and the program will look to older versions to take over the settings.
