C12 - how to access SpectraLayers?

Unfortunately, now when I now try a vocal extraction the result is horrendous! I’m sure when I past used this in C11 I actually managed quite a good usable result but on this particular occasion it’s absolutely hopeless

Honestly, I never have used it much, so I can’t help you with that. Just hope that someone could chime in for more.

Maybe I need to get in touch with Peter Jackson and co. and see if I can access the tech they used on the recent Beatles track “Now and Then”

Upgrade to either SpectraLayers Elements 10 or SpectraLayers Pro 10, vocals unmixing has been dramatically improved since SL v9.

OK, good to know, though as this is likely a one-off requirement, I’ll have to consider whether it’s really worth spending the $.
