C13.0.30 Mac - Key commands not saving

I am finding my latest key commands not loading up after quitting and re opening C13.0.30 Mac

if I open the KC window I can load them from their manually . This hasn’t happened before this update

Doesn’t your Cubase crash (silently) while Quit?

Sorry, don’t understand. I have opened, worked on keyboard, shortcuts, and saved, quit and shutdown, , Still open from scratch and find keystrokes, not working properly

Do you see the Safe Start Dialog whole starting Cubase by any chance?

Does Cubase crash? If it does, then it doesn’t save the preferences, neither the Key Commands.
