C13 Pro is now spiking & dropping audio during record since updating to the latest version 13.0.50 build 318 update. That’s while recording 1 channel of audio and one brickwall plugin. WTF!
On Windows 11, Intel i9-14900K, 64GB ram.
Task Manager shows six instances of Intel Arc control assist, plus Intel Arc Control & Intel Arc control service are running, could it anything to do with these and can they be turned off?
Had a chance to do a bit of research tonight and found Intel Arc control assist, Intel Arc Control & Intel Arc control service are nothing to do with the C13 update(as far as I can tell), also the seems to be a memory leak within Arc control so i closed them all down and seems so far to have had no negative affect on the PC or C13. Off now to do some testing on C13 to see if that’s solved the spiking & audio dropout issues. Fingers crossed.
hi, how is your pc working so far? do you have an intel arc graphic card?
Im planning to upgrade my machine to get this graphics card, and im unsure about the stability with cubase, i read that nvidia causes a lot of trouble, im worndering if intel new Graphics cards are suffering the same
hint: if you have intel arc graphics card, make sure to enable resizable bar in the bios of your motherborad
Hi, the pc seems to have settled down for now, but for how long I don’t know, it seems to have a mind of it’s own.
I’m using the processors integrated graphics (Intel Core i9-14900K 3.20 GHz). I didn’t think it would a problem for the pretty basic graphics of a DAW.
