C14 Problems with Nektar CS12

Hey,
I bought the CS12 Panorama Controller and have the following problem:
When I do a simple linear volume automation in Cubase 14, the fader jumps up and down every third or fourth time when I play the automation, even though it’s purely linear automation.
Sometimes it works correctly, but every third or fourth time it doesn’t.
I already had a new controller sent to Thomann because I thought it was the controller itself. But the exact same thing happens there. What could be causing this?
Cubase 14.0.20 and Mac Studio M2 with MacOS Ventura. Latest Nektar firmware update.

I made a video:

Best regards

Hi and welcome to the form,

Could you use any 3rd party MIDI Monitor to inspect the MIDI data Cubase is sending to the hardware, please?

Thanks for reply.
How do I do this? I didn’t found any tutorial or smth..
I have downloded MIDI Monitor by Snoize. And everytime I move the fader, there are midi messsages. But if I play the automation in Cubase, theres no message (only SysEx message all 3 seconds). Thank you!

Hi,

If you are on Mac, the MIDI Monitor by Snoize is the best choice.

Did you select the right MIDI Source to monitor?

Yes, I select all CS12 Sources. But only when I move the fader it get messages, not when Cubase moves the fader from the automation.
