Perhaps the Score Editor additions were already there in CB13 under different names, because I saw in the comparison, many commands missing. I guess this is because of the new structure

THANK YOU! I appreciate this kind of effort. I’m losing my vision and depend on key commands more and more. 20 years ago (has it been that long?) I woulda done this work myself. But now, the thought of scrolling through XML files fills me with dread.
