C15 Pro- HiDPI issue on Windows 11

Is it possible to get an acceptable resolution by leaving HiDPI enabled in C15 Pro and assigning the application in compatibility/high DPI scaling override in Windows?

I have a 4-monitor 4K setup, and it’s impossible for me to extend the Cubase desktop across two monitors unless I’m at 100% scaling in C15 Pro. It’s too small for Windows applications, and the UAD plugin display is incorrect. I’ve tried other scaling percentages, and the desktop only partially (25%) extends to the other monitor; it’s impossible to resize it and keep the desktop in place on the two desired monitors.

In C14 Pro, under HiDPI preferences, there was a scaling management option of +25%, +50% / -25%, -50%. Has anyone managed to work around the display issues using these settings? I wonder why Steinberg removed this option from C15 Pro.

My configuration: Asus Rog Strix RTX 3060 o12g and 4 Samsung 32-inch 4K monitors. If you have a configuration that works well, I would appreciate knowing about it.

Thanks in advance

When you say “desktop” do you mean the Windows desktop, or Cubase itself?

If Windows, can you show what you mean by the desktop only extending 25% to the other monitor?

Hi Pete,

Cubase itself

Pierre

Steinberg removed the concept of a Cubase desktop with version 13, so I assume you mean the project window.

Also, the scaling settings were moved to the user interface section in the preferences.
