Hello and thanks in advance for any and all help. This may be a dumb question but here goes. I’ve purchased the C6 update/upgrade from what I’m currently running - C5.1.1. Do I have to run the latest updates for C5 before installing C6 or does that even matter? I had planned on running the updates a while back but held off because I knew I would eventually be getting C6 and my system in running smoothly. Thanks again in advance for any help. Steve
No, Cubase 6 is a complete new program that will be installed parallel to Cubase 5.
You can still run Cubase 5, and if needed update it at a later point, for instance 5.3.3 when available.
