C9 Buffer size options (Solved)

Hello All,

I have ran into a weird buffer size situation after upgrading to Cubase 9 and was wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

In Cubase 8.5 and prior I have had the following buffer options available:
32
64
128
192
256
512
1024
2048

In Cubase 9:
Project Sample Rate 96kHz options:
32
64
128
192
256

Project Sample Rate 44.1kHz options:
32
64

My interface is an Apogee Symphony IO that has always worked flawlessly. Logic Pro X and Pro Tools 12 HD are
working perfect and have all buffer size options available.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this with Cubase 9 ?

So if you set a high buffer in Cubase 8 and then open Cubase 9 does it hold the buffer setting?

Have you tried playing with the ASIO guard settings?

Apparently it did not hold the buffer Setting.

I actually just solved the problem. I believe something went wrong during the installation of Cubase 9 upgrade and my old preferences. I trashed both C8 & C9 preferences and now the full buffer options are working fine.
