I currently have Halion 5 and Cubase Artist 7.5 and thought I’d ask around here for opinions on purchasing Camel Audio Alchemy. Is the $250 price tag (plus the additional $ for the soundsets) worth it? I’m trying out the demo and although the sound engine is different I’m not yet convinced.

since i got screwed on buying something that went for half the price a few days later i learned that patience is a wise thing when buying software. 
but alchemy is a very nice and powerfull synth.
