I need clarification please. Can anyone who does not have any version of Dorico get Dorico SE?

I am doing a four week course on how to compose for the guitar and want to promote Dorico SE at the forum. The lecture is on tonight, so another quick answer would be great regarding my question.

Yes, Dorico SE is free. You need to receive a licence code, but it’s still free to anyone who asks for it.
