Hi ,
can CMC FD unit used as ribbon controller ? for Vst i/s ?? sinse i see they are pressure sensitive also ?? any one thanks sm

Probably yes, but it’s a bit tricky. First of all, you’d have to discover what CC# the fader is using and then assign it to that particular function. Unless, maybe, if your VST has a “learn MIDI” function, in that case, just click on that, touch the fader and see what happens.

Thanks , thought so , well may be Steinberg should add a small programme , n sell that FD as a pressure sensitive ribbon controller , n hope they send me a set of em 4 the idea… sm
