Can Cubase 6 open cubase 4.52 projects?

I just got the upgrade and I can’t open my cubase 4 projects…any options?

It gives me a cannot open project cpr. I downloaded the latest elicenser version…nothing. I don’t have C5 Where can I buy the upgrade from 4?
