Can HALion 5 Educational be used in Commercial Projects?

Hi to everyone.
I am considering buying HALion 5, and I can qualify for an educational discount (=I will be allowed to buy the version of HALion 5 tagged as ‘educational’) from a local vendor. My question is whether I will be able to use the sounds in HAlion 5 Educational in commercial projects. Does the ‘educational’ license allow me commercial use? Can anyone help me with this?
