Can I authorize older versions of Nuendo if I buy a 13 license?

As the title suggests, I am wondering if it is possible to run older versions of Nuendo if I buy a new license for Nuendo 13.

12 and later. For older versions licensing you would need a Nuendo 11 license updated to 12 or 13.

Don’t think that was the question.
Unless I misunderstand the question, he can run any older version of Nuendo when having a N13 license.

I don’t think so, as far as I know it is as @steve says.

The licensing changed with Nuendo 12, that is the first release where no eLicenser is used anymore. If you want to run any earlier release you need an older license that is stored on a eLicenser, so that is the break for previous licenses.
