Can I make the footswitch....

Hi everyone,

I would like to create a macro that is activated by the footswitch. I want the first press to start recording (easy enough) but I want the second press of the switch to stop recording and move back to the left locator. This way I can do multiple takes without letting go of my guitar.

I believe the CI interfaces that SB makes have this function built in, or some sort of cycling through commands. This should be doable but I can’t figure out how to do it with the available commands. Can anyone figure this out?

I believe I figured this out. Not exactly what I was hoping to be able to do but it works. I set “record from left locator” and then just set the foot-switch to “record”. The behavior is that when I press the foot-switch, recording starts at the left locator. When I stop the recording ( I have to use the stop button on the CC121 or the spacebar) and then hit the FS again, recording starts from the LL. It works.
