Hi
I’m still running Cubase Artist 11, well for years now.
I’m using the physical USB E-Licenser that is required to use it.
Will I be able to upgrade to an online E-Licenser instead, and do away with the USB?
If so, How will I go about doing that?

Welcome to the Forum.
Cubase up to release 11 requires the eLicenser technology, so you can not change the licensing system and remove the USB dongle.
From Cubase 12 onwards the license software has changed to Steinberg Licensing, which is activated online and does not require any old eLicenser software anymore.
You can upgrade your Artist 11 license to the current Cubase 15, so you get Steinberg Licensing, and continue to use Cubase 11 and older by just connecting the dongle if needed.
