Can I stil update my cubase 8 LE?

I’m curious to know if it’s possible to update my Cubase 8 LE license to a more recent LE version.

If so, how can I go about it?

I know about the track/insert limmitations and all.
But I looks like I can actually use my own synth/fx plugins, is this the case?
