Can I use one audio track with effects of any vst instruments?

I know it’s possible with Retrologue but with others vsts? Is there a way to do this in cubase?

Unfortunately that is not possible, not even with Retrologue. The effects inside a VST Instrument are not accessible from an audio track.

Some synths like Surge XT offer their effects sections as a seperate VST plugin. That’s the only way to do it.

There are some VSTi’s that have a side-chain which may (or may not depending on the VSTi) allow you to process the audio from the side-chain.
