can insert effects be re-ordered via drag and drop?

Hi, I’ve been using much older versions of Cubase for many years (I’m still on version 5!). One feature I’ve long wanted is to be able to drag and drop insert effects from one slot to another, if for example I change my mind and would like to apply one effect before another. My current version of Cubase doesn’t support this feature, so while I’m considering finally upgrading I’d just like to check whether you can now do this in newer versions of Cubase?

Been a feature for a while now, along with many similar ones. So yes, you totally can re-order inserts via drag and drop.
