I Found a Few BUGS Already One Is I Can No Longer Drag And Drop MIDI From Cubase 14 To My Mac Descktop It Works In Cubase 13 And Dose Not Work In Cubase 14 I Hope They FIX That Fast It Is Faster Then Exposing As MIDI
You should create a new forum thread with a specific title for the issue. As you could imagine it’s difficult for Steinberg to keep track of issues and communication in threads where everyone is posting all of their different bugs and issues into 1 thread.
My workflow is also very reliant on having the ability to drag and drop MIDI events onto my hard drive to create MIDI files to store into my collections. This functionality must be restored in Cubase Pro v14.
Hi,
Most probably, this is a permissions issue. Cubase 14 is probably not allowed to write on a Desktop.
I am having exactly the same problem.
I tried to contact steinberg a few weeks ago , still. waiting for response.
Here is my forum post about it.
Hi,
What macOS version is this, please?
Btw, it is working on my side: Cubase 14.0.20, macOS 14.
Hi Martin. MacOS Monterey 12.6.7
Hi,
This is not officially supported system for Cubase 14.
So, it means i should risk to loose possibility of not being able to use most of my software / plugins by upgrading the macOS just for a simple drag and drop from cb14 ? Something that worked for years! i really dont get it, sorry.
Why cubase 13 on the same system can make this?
Hi,
I don’t know why. I’m just pointing to the official compatibility list.
Cubase 13 was officially compatible with macOS 12.
