Hello, I just bought cubase elements 11, after following the procedure, it is impossible to launch cubase, it is the second version that I buy, and I still have the same problem; i am using windows 10.
What happens when you try to launch it? Is there an error message?
it displays a window for a few seconds then nothing, no error message.
What window? The splash screen with the program name?
the cubase le al elements 11 logo as a shortcut on the desktop

What happens if you uninstall it, then reinstall using Run as Administrator for the installer?
Also do the same for the Elicenser Center
